On 24 May you promised 14 working days for the refund. And I am still waiting. either for the refund or confirmation of the date it took place. Part of the previous complain copy below:
Money was deducted from my Edgards account before the signing of a contract by Cindi. On enquiry about when this will be refunded as my daughter Claudia Bold decided not to take the contract she had to then sign a contract and contract cancellation. This happened early February 2013. Only after I queried why the refund did not take place was I told, in March, that they need more documentation. At the end of April still no refund. On my query I was told that the card numbers differ as I had to replace my first card. The Admin person phoned but could not get hold of me. I then found out that she was phoning my daughters number after I explicitly requested them to contact me. Apparently email is not an option. If I did not phone nothing would have happened yet again. I was then told that the refund would take place but it will take 15 working days.
