CELL C's bad customer service

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Cell C, i have cancelled a contract with them after numerous times of trying to get information from their call centre - it took them three weeks to sort out my query. Eventualy on the 28th June i received a call from them a refund is due to me and was advised that i will receive this within 7 working days. I called them back on 11th July to enquire on the refund and was advised that my banking details were incorrect but how can that be if this is the same account that they debit from - thereafter i was advised i will receive a call the same day or latest by Friday 12th July - believe me i am still awaiting that call. With all this said i will never ever recommend Cell C as a service provider - the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR - i cannot believe that for a company with their prestige in the Cellular business can provide such bad service.
