I went to the Nashua mobile in knysna to find out about my phone, because when people phone me they cannot get through to me it says the number you have dialed does not exist, I found that at 12 :15 pm on a saturday there shop was closed, even though it states in there window that there trading hours are until 13:00 pm. So then I decided to phone there help line, which I was on for 30 min, didn't get through to a consultant and they billed me for the call. I find this service shocking, I have 3 devices at Nashua mobile I will definitely not renew or get more with this service provider.
