Delay of reufnd without reason

I bought a Drakensberg stay at Silver Hill Lodge for R1, 899.00.I paid for this on the 9th March 2013.On the 11th March I emailed [Email Removed] to enquire if payment was received. I called call centre on the 12th and spoke to Lunga Mateta who informed me the deal wa cancelled due receivng less response. I sent proof of payment on the 12th still. On the 14th March Zulfa confirmed that the refund was processed and sent to the refunds department. On the same day Claudia requested the banking details which I gave to her on the same day.

I heard nothing until I requested feedback on the 18th March 2013.I got no response and I called on the 19th March and I told that the refund was processed and it will take 7 days from the 19th to reflect in the bank account.
On the 27th I spoke to Shanice who said that the refund was only processed after she enquired from them and it should take another 3-5 days to reflect in my account fr. I was put through to Asheeqah who reiterated the same.

I spoke to Maurisia Arendse on 2 April and she confimed that the payment was processed. Today being the 8th April I am still not paid. NEVER DEAL WITH GROUP ON.NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.LIARS LIARS
