Please be advised that we have spoken to several call Centre Agents since the 6th June 2013 where we were told that it will only take 4 days to get a refund.
On Friday the 7th June 2013 one Agent advised that the money will be in by Monday the 10th June 2013, we called on Monday to confirm and one Agent told us a difference story and advised that it will take another 4 days. We queried this and he advised that, that is the procedure. We were advised of this procedure in the first instance and every time we call we are being told the same story. We called today and requested to speak to a manager or a supervisor as this is totally unacceptable but the lady that I spoke to advised that she is the one in charge and she has tried everything in her power to assist.
I have verified my banking details with Reeva, Thembisile, Clinton, Vuyo the list is endless since the 5th June. All these consultants keep telling me about the 4 days. On the 13th June, I sent an e-mail to Zanaid Shaikally and he advised that they needed to verify my banking details and again it will take 4 days for the refund to be processed. The banking details were verified a week ago.

Could someone assist urgently.
