My previous Cell C complaint via Hellopeter refers. Cell C responded and on 18 February they requested my banking details for a full refund. I gave them the necessary details and they indicated that it would be at most 7 (seven) days for the money to show in my account. It is today the 6th of March and the money is still not in my account...! I urgently await the finalisation of this matter and the promised refund.
