LACK OF FEEDBACK/RESPONSE

On Monday 8th July I contacted Standard Bank to increase my eft allowance and was told that it would be much quicker, i.e. immediate if I went to the branch as opposed to doing it online which would take 24 - 48 hours. It is now 11th July and after many calls back and from both Norwood and Rosebank branches I am still waiting for this allowance to be increased.
I called the manager of Rosebank and was told that he was in a meeting and would call me back??? Still waiting. I have requested interest on the funds in my bank as I wanted to transfer to an investment on Monday and have now lost 3 days of interest and probably wont be invested now until Monday 15th July which will make it over 7 days!!
