28/06/2013:Suddenly C Cover does not cover your cell phone if you use a pre-paid sim card in a contract phone. The lady at C Cover was very rude this morning after being informed of this particular phone faults from the beginning. I AM DEFINATELY CANCELLING OUR 2 CELL C CONTRACTS AFTER MORE THAN 5 YEARS.

We don't cover prepaid only contract numbers are covered. C-Cover only covers contract sim together with contract phone that was taken with the contract. Regards C-Cover 0840140

The same documents were emailed to you as well. The pre-paid number used is a Cell C number. This phone is insured under C-Cover (084 259 1168).
