When I upgraded to Blackberry Z10, nothing, was explained to me. Nothing about how the BIS services now will work or how difficult it will be to update software or no "whatapp" available for the phone. I receive advises via notifications via my phone to update software. Whenever I want to update it tells me that we require "wifi" connection. I went several times to MTN a told that it's my sim card, did simswop twice. When I phoned your blackberry support today out of frustration they told me that the Z10 can only update via WIFI. When I explained that we do not have this available I was told that some coffee shops have them available I must just find out. I explained to her that I live in Middelburg and there is no wifi shops close to me. I was told to then by n router at and additional cost R400.00 and then I will have WIFI. I told them not interested in going on extra cost, I was told then there is nothing they can do. Was this ever explained to me I will not have upgrade to this BB. When I went back to MTN I was told that I will just have to buy of my contract if I'm not happy, it's not MTN's problem if we live in the plateland with no technology. :-(.
