Samsungs unreliable update

I had updated my samsung s4 with the latest software version of 4.3 today to only find that when my phone had restarted from the update it had failed and told me to retry again on my pc. now I find that wrong as I had used my data to update it only to find I had to re download it. even if I did use my wifi it would have still charged me. I then phoned customer help line to wait 7 minutes before someone could come to my aid only to find out there was nothing they could do. please sort this out samsung. I am an unhappy custome
