I have been a loyal and paying client for over 3 years and just went i have been notified that i have been forwarded to DC Fourie for payments of R1400 and after a week it is now R2000 of which i don't know which amount to pay and i tried to communicate with the lawyers but the lady is rude and tells me i am a bad payer etc i don't know if this is the latest trend from telkom to handover accounts without communicating with the customers.
i have been blacklisted now and i still don't know who to pay telkom or the lawyers as the lady is beyond rude and disrespectful
i need to know where must i pay and i want my name cleared asap.
