TELKOM BLACKLISTING NIGHTMARE

In January this year Telkom (with no warning at all blacklisted me) for an amount of R232.90
When I tried to apply for a loan I was rejected based on this judgement which I took up with Telkom as I had cancelled my contract with them last year October!!
When they went to their accounts they realised they had made a mistake and in fact owed me an amount of R665.
This irresponsible behaviour of Transunion to just blacklist people without properly checking their facts or proof should be illegal and companies like Transunion and Telkom should be fined for every wrong listing they do.
It is over a month later and my name is still blacklisted at Telkom and no-one can give me an answer on when they are going to reverse their mistake. This process should only take 10 days for Telkom to reverse.
In the mean time i am stuck with a black mark against my name and have no access to any credit even from my bank.
This is so humiliating and makes me angry because I have always handled my accounts with the utmost care in order to avoid situations.
Can someone tell me where I can report Telkom for this and make sure they get punished for this shoddy behavious and service???
