Telkom and their lawyers are incompetent!

Almost 2 years ago I canceled a Telkom ADSL line, because I moved from PTA to JHB. Due to Telkoms incompetence, and a "new" lady, that didnt know what she was doing, the line didnt get canceled. 6months later I got a call from their lawyers (Mrs. van Zyl, MMM Capital (PTY) LTD) legally claiming the money. Since I needed to apply for a rental contract, I had to pay this, to get the summons lifted from my name. a Amount of R2114.17 was paid on 10March 2012 08:12 with ref: 10061311

Now a year later, I'm getting smse from a new Lawyers firm C Fourie attorneys, they are just as incompetent as Telkom, cause they keep on sending me (and my x business partner smse saying that a summons has been issued against my name and will stay that way till settled? They cant even pic up a phone and phone some one, no they wrongfully would rather send smse and accuse someone of something without doing their homework! And phoning them, I just end up with attitude, and them hanging up on me?

Please sort this out, and I demand a apology, from them and from Telkom, not just towards me, but also towards my old business partner, cause this puts me in a really bad light, and my name feels violated.
