Listings without notification

I received a sms from lawyers to contact them urgently. I contacted them, they told me I've been listed due to non-payment. I've closed this account a few months ago and been paying it off. I actually wanted to close it few months ago and Telkom nagged me not to. I kept it for few months but decided to just close it as I've got no use for it and i explained the situation to them. I finally closed it and paid the account every month, though not the full amount but not NO Payment. no one from Telokm contacted me, not via email, not via sms, not via post for notification of Listing but through the laywwers. My outstanding amount was R849 last month, but now I have to pay lawyers R1200 due to Telkom listing me for non-payment. Why not list people who pay nothing for months at end? I refuse to make use of Telkom if this is the way they treat their clients. If they think someone is a slow payer, why reconnecting or nagg them not to close the account? But go ahead being underhand and lsit people? Before I forget, when I asked the lawyers office the address the apparent letters were sent to, it was wrong. They know where to send the accounts to but not the lawyers letter? how convenient
