I upgraded my cellphone contract. Phone was delivered (25/10/2013) and I realized its not the phone I want. I reported this issue same day (25/10/2013) to their call center follow-up department and I was told a courier company would come collect the mobile phone and will then swapped with a mobile of my choice.
I have been waiting for two weeks now, no one came to collect a new cell phone from me. Suprisingly when you want a new phone they deliver it within two days, but when they have to swap a phone, it takes Cell C more than two weeks.
I have been their customer for more than 5 years now but this is the service I receive. I`m now sitting with a new phone that I cant use because I`m waiting for them to collect it. And if it happens that it gets lost, I`ll have to pay it.
Pleas if I could get help, I`ll appreciate it. Thank you
