MTN has billed me for all my calls in March, however in April they decided to bill me again for the exact same calls in March and add the April ones on top of it.
This is clearly a duplication in the billing system that I would not have picked up if I didnt have to do client billing.
There response for about an extra R1, 000 deducted - minimum 14 to 21 days to investigate. And if you hold the debit order back - we suspend your number so you can't make calls.
