Signed a cell phone contract last week end of June with cell C a special running for 399 a month including 400mb of data that was never loaded called them about 15 times to enquire why it was never loaded. Ive put a limit on this contract and have increased it to use this phone. My line is now suspended still no data loaded Spoken to a Manager At cell C call centre which till this moment is still sough ting this matter out. Ive been a client of Mtn for the past 4 years and not 1 day have I had any issues. Two weeks in this contract and problems from day 1 and I was informed by the above manager that this contract cannot be cancelled please advise contact me on 0734738317/0780127554
