NO SERVICE!!!

Good day, On 4 March, a lady, Nomfundo called me to offer me a contract with Cell C. Everything seemed fantastic & she was extremely nice and helpful. However, once they sign you up, its down hill from there. I was told that the phone would be delivered with in 5 to 7 working days. I chose the R599 contract for the Blackberry Z10. However, on 8 March, i emailed [Email Removed] to change this to R499 package instead. The phone was not delivered yet. After no one emailed or called me back, I tried calling 084 145, option 2 to follow up on the contract option. I hung on for over 20 minutes and then tried calling 084 140 and was told that I must speak with someone at 084 145 - the consultant transfered me & I hung on yet again for 12 min with no success - no answer. I tried calling several times, even this morning, but no one answers. I called and spoke with Zwele yesterday on 084 140 and informed him of my problem & that I wish to speak with a manager. he said he's manager is busy and he must take a message. I explained my whole story again and he said that someone will call me back. Still, no call. The phone arrived yesterday & I have not opened the phone. Still no call
