I have phoned Vodacom cancelation department beginning of November to cancel my laptop contract that ended 15 December 2013. With that contract I also ended my samsung phone contract. The person with whom I spoke to told me over the phone that the contract will be ended and the last payment will be done in December month. I got my account in January and they deducted the laptop contract AGAIN with a R200.00 cancelation fee. I have phone 5 different numbers from my cell phone and no one can help me. I have phone well in advance to cancel my laptop contract and then they deducted a additional R200.00 for cancelation fee?? I have not budget for such a big amount to be deducted in January, because when I phoned in to cancell the contract I was told that the last payment will be done in December. The laptop I originally had gave me problems and took it back to Cellucity in the first month after purchasing it. I had to get a new sim card with the new laplop. When I gave Vodacom my original sim card number they told me that it has been given to a different client and they cannot check it for me. I'm having endless problems to get my money back from Vodacom... Please help...
