I complained previously about the connectivity of Cell C Internet. The customer care agent who called me said they had upgraded the bandwidth in Jo'burg, and it did all improve for a few days. Now it's back to square one. I have no connection for big chunks of the day. I chose the Cell C 2 Gig package for use for my business and am finding it impossible to operate with this on-again-off-again connectivity. What is going wrong now? Perhaps this package should be for home use only and businesses shouldn't purchase it because it cannot be replied upon?
