What am I paying for?

This is my third complaint about the Cell C Internet connectivity. After my last complaint I was called by customer care to tell me that Sisa would contact me and a technical team would come out to sort out my problem, but I didn't hear anything more. After a couple of weeks I happened to notice that somebody had been trying to phone me on my internet line. It was somebody from Cell C. How silly! How can you call me on my internet line?! Especially when you have my correct contact number listed and had previously called me on it.
Needless to say nothing has been done or resolved. I have days where the internet is mediocre and then days, like yesterday, when there is zero connectivity and I am unable to run my business.
If I am paying for a service I am not receiving then I should be allowed out of this contract!
