I have been having network connectivity issues for four (4) weeks now. From about 22h00 or sometimes later than that, to about 13h00 the next day I am able to connect. Anytime in the afternoon something happens and I am unable to connect. Just to test that it is a Cell C problem, I would then connect with another network service provider, and WOW, I am able to connect. So clearly this is a Cell c problem. They should have a connectivity barometer of some sort in the same way that they have Airtime management systems. I previously had a serious issue with Cell C and I was called whilst I was having problems; can someone be proactive and fix the problem before calling me? As a customer, I believe that I deserve better than this. I have an online businesses and an Online University and I provide my learners with Cell C 3G sticks. Now learners contact me when there is a Cell C issue. I then take unnecessary problems on my shoulders! This is not good for my business reputation!
