I logged a upgrade Request through the my account online on 20130627. Happiness the consultant phoned me back. My new phone (STILL waiting for) was invoiced out on the 28th. Ever since im waiting for the new phone to arrive. After numerous calls, to follow up on the contract status i was promised that the Manager will phone me back. Every day i need to phone Autopage, leaving messages, but no one phones me back. I understand there was a problem with the system (Monday i found out), but i was reassured that the phone will be recharged and sent. I logged 5 complaints with your complaints dept regarding this, phoned more than 20 times - 0861 numbers is expensive! After much frustration, Happiness contacted me on friday (20130705!!) and promised me that the phone was credited and manually invoiced, delivery for today (20130708) The lady advised they will send a Autopage driver and not the courier to deliver. I phoned again at 14:00 20130708 and was told that they will deliver TOMORROW as per manager. Manager dont phone me back after I left message. This is rediculous! How much longer must i wait??? I am allready invoiced for a phone which i dont have!!!
