I recently purchased the 20giga package from Cell C. According to the Cell C software, I have full signal strength, but I am unable to download anything and can only access my internet browser every once in a while. I am connecting from Sunninghill and Kempton Park, both areas with strong connectivity according to your coverage map. This is really unacceptable. I am not prepared to struggle like this for the next 12 months. After several attempts to contact Cell C customer care I finally got hold of a consultant who tried to assist me as best he can, but nothing seemed to help. I noticed that I am not the only person having this problem. Please assist.
