Every month i pay my contract, and yet every month, they cut my phone off, this time before and after payment was made.
I have a 11 week old baby, my husband works for the Airforce at Waterkloof, this morning at 3am my baby got really sick, my husband got called out, when i tyried to call him, MTN HAD CUT MY PHONE OFF AGAIN!! when i phoned in they said my account was arrears, BUT previously i phoned in and asked for the total of my account so i can pay it in full, everytime i phone in they tell me a different story.
I am extremely annoyed with this because it happens EVERY MONTH!
