Why have the option to give someone access!

With the long weekend i only did our payment on the 2nd of April, assuming that Cell C will cut the line as they will not receive payment before the 2nd April. the number was then only bloked on the 3rd April 2013 at /- 15:00 i then phone them to inform them that i have paid the account and they must please reconnect the phone. after holding on for about half an hour the consultant answered, he then went through all the security checks and i had to hold on twice so that he could get information (think from his supervisor) i was still fine with that. i then requested that he reconnects my line he only then tells me that he cant as i am not the account holder i then explained to him my husband works away and he has on numerus occasions given me full permission to sort out thing like this on the account. he wasn`t interested in that and wants my husband to contact them. (husband sitting in tabazimbi) i really think that is reducules of CELL C not to open a line after receiving payment!!! this is unfortunatly not the first time it happend, i do understand they want payment by the 1st working day of the month. please help so sick of CELL C call centre!!
