Disgustingly Bad Service

Firstly I have been a valued subscriber to Vodacom for a few years now, but the service laterly is up to!!! My husband has a contranct with you, and on the contract is 2 phones listed. We paid the full amount we were behind on his account to get the phones re-activated, everything was paid and there was no money outstanding and the numbers were reconnected. The following month, a amount of R2232 was deducted on the 25 June 2013. Since to date it has not been sorted out. Everytime we phone Call Centre or Accounts the person is telling another story. Its like today, all of a sudden he was behind on payments, service fees of over a R1000. And our monthly payment is R975 per month and other fees that they can't explain.

OW IS THIS POSSIBLE!!! That no one can give us a answer!!! Again with the call we made, fisrt the payment was reversed then not paid then up to date then in arrears???

My husband is so furious with ur bad service and so am I. He is going to change his contract to a other service provider. How is it possible if there were still money outstanding, how can they re activated the accounts. We paid over 3500 to get it back online. I have never seen such bad serv
