I called in on Sunday 23 June 2013 to blacklist my phone black berry 9360 IME 358922046093632 My no 0718112796 when I called Sunday to block it spoke to Precious Nomandela of which she confirmed that she has done the blacklisting she said she will send me the reference No that it has been cancelled I gave her the no 0832534343 to send the ref no till now no response I called in again Tuesday morning they told me the system is down I called in @7am I spoke to a white lady I forgot the name she said it was not black listed she has to send it for white listing and I must call in later on I called again later I spoke to Monwabisi of which he tried to assist me and he told me the request for blacklisting was not done as Precious confirmed it has been done so he has to start over cause it was sent for white listing of which I don't know what he meant by saying that so Monwabisi said I can call Friday after 72 hours so I can't get a reference no and now I can't open a case without the ref no from MTN or confirming that my phone has been blacklisted that's not fair cause I don't have any phone now to use I can't even claim for my phone that's unfai
