On the 12/02/2013 my hand set was black listed blackberry bold 9900. i contacted Vodacom who told me then to do the following: Complete the forms they have send me, go to the SAPS to do a affidavit and then return all these documents to them witch I did at 09h33 on the 13/02/2013. they told me that this request would be sorted within 24 working hours. I've now waited till thr 18/02/2013. Phoned again and by now they gave me a reference no and apologised profusely and assured me it will be sorted within the next 24hrs witch has also now passed, so i phoned again this morning (19/02/2013) and now spoke to a supervisor who was appalled with all this and promised me that she will get back to me within the hour and that has passed now by an hour . pls HELP??? WHAT NOW???
