Broken Z10 and BAD ATTITUDE

I have a contract with Cell C for a while, but have had no joy dealing with the their call centre since. I applied for a White Blackberry Z10 and was sent a Black phone. I called and after a week they arranged for the courier to come and collect the phone upon refusing to deliver the 'White' phone I ordered until they receive the Black one back. I've had endless problems with the Blackberry Z10 and the Cell C staff at the contact centre is of no help at all. Problems: 1. The phone heats up to an extent that I can't even touch it. I sometimes think it's going to explode. 2. The screen goes black and stays black as though its locked and i have to reboot the phone to get it to work! 3. Occasionally experience No Network issues. To fix this, i have to restart the phone to locate the network again. I spoke to Mollet who said she will refer me to her manager, still waiting. Called again and spoke to Rithandzu Mageza, told me to go to PEP and buy a R99 phone. I called this morning 19 Jul 2013 at 08h00 to find out why my bill is so hig before we can even get to that, Dikekele Shipape from the Accounts department told me that I have a 1gig data plan. This is incorrect
