South African Fraud Prevention Services (safps)
S.A.F.P.S can't see my details on their system

I called ITC to get my credit report & to also findout if I have any listing on ITC because Wesbank told me I have been listed as a. ITC confirmed I have been listed by SAFPS & they can't help nor remove the listing & gave me a reference number SAFPS's contact number. I called them and spoke to Catherine. She basically said she cannot see anything in my name & with the reference number ITC gave me she can't help because it belongs to someone else. It's not my details listed. She referred me back to ITC. I was on the phone for half of today yet no one helped. I called ITC more than 8 times the same with SAFPS and also send e-mails with my credit report & copy of ID but yet no one is willing to assist. My life has gone to a standstill & no one seems to care. In have been labelled & called a yet no one advised me that someone was using my details. This has realy caused an incovinience on my part & has affected both my wife & family negatively.
