Blacklisting a phone

Hello Peter

My phone was on Sunday (28/04/2013), I called the CELL C call center the next day, Monday (29/04/2013) to block my sim card and blacklist my blackberry 9300 as I have to report my phone at the SAPS. The SAPS told me that they won't open a case number without an ITC ref number from CELL C.

The lady I spoke to from CELL C Call center on Monday (29/04/2013) told me that they will not be able to blacklist my phone as my sim card is prepaid and that I have to go to the nearest CELL C store. I went to the CELL C store on Tuesday (30/04/2013) with my ID book and my cellphone details. I filled in the blacklist form and they faxed it to the CELL C backlisting department. Since they faxed the blacklist form to the CELL C blacklisting department I have been calling them for feedback as I need to open a case at the SAPS, because my cellphone Insurer said I should report the phone 48hours after it is

It is already 4days after my phone was and 3 days trying to blacklist my phone with CELL C.
