Extremely Poor Manager Service

After over 2 months of calling 808 for assistance and dealing with almost every supervisor in the call centre and inevitably their manager Marcelo, I am fed up.
I have lost faith and belief in MTN as a customer centric organisation, they clearly do not give a about their clients and this is evident based on the continuously broken promises by their telephonic customer leader Marcelo.
Deadlines are not kept by him and no feedback given to me as a client, even when I continuously chase after him. I have all the references for the calls I've made (total time wasted on calls in excess of 8hrs - with 808)
I would like MTN to pull my calls from April 22 to present to see what has led me here. My issues are still unresolved!
