Vodacom not taking responsibility for bad coverage

I have logged a call with Vodacom mid last year about the bad reception and data coverage in our area (Louwlardia - Candlewoods Estate, Heritage Hill and Midstream Estate affected). They said to me at the time that they will look into it and they did. It seemed to have gone better. End of last year things went haywire again. Reception was terrible and I couldnt even use my 3G in certain areas of the house. I logged another call. About 2 or 3 weeks later they phone and said that unfortunately Vodacom doesnt have a fix for the interim and I have to call Poynting Direct. I also asked the support agent if they are experiencing a problem the last couple of weeks with calls being dropped and she said it is because of the phones all being on automatic 3G and that is cluttering the network. WHOS PROBLEM IS THAT??? If your network cant handle the amount of people, stop signing people up. It is disgusting how they treat you after you have been a client of theirs for many many years. I dont think I will give them business for much longer if this doesnt get sorted out.
