I did a contract application over the phone with Nonhlanhla, I told her i'll be keeping my number as i've been using prepaid sim card the following week i got message to say my contract has been approved which it was on Wednesday (19th June) and that very same day airtime and data was loaded on my phone and activated my sim to contract before i receive the phone, and the lady told me the line will only be activated once i received my phone. On Friday 21st June i received the phone but the was no Sim card and Samsung S4 wont take my old sim card as it is a micro SD sim, I went to MTN Hyde Park and they told me they can only give me micro SD sim if i pay R130.00 for swamp sim i told them i wont be paying for that as i just received the phone and it should come with a sim, they told me to call MTN Call centre i dont remember how many people i spoke to over the phone and i was told only Nonhlanhla can help me and i dont get hold of her they keep on saying they will leave a message for her to call me, I'm still waiting for a sim card from MTN but no luck. I am not lucky with MTN service at this moment and I regret taking the contract with them.
