No evidence of a call

This time my complaint is to you directly Veronica. In your previous response you mentioned that my complaint is receiving attention and that you have tried to contact me but in vain. Huh? I have done everything I needed to in providing you with the information required, i.e. my ID number and also Cell Number. How is it possible that you claim to have attempted making contact with me if there was not one missed call or sms?? I will put my number in the body of the email this time (obviously at a risk of phoning me) but would like to see if this is in fact a person to whom this complaints go to or if system generated responses. I await your feedback.
