On the 15th of June 2013 i applied for a Samsung galaxy s4 on a anytime 200 contract on that Tuesday they had delivered my phone to me i tried to activate it i phoned mtn direct and they said they would sort it so i left it on Friday i phoned an they said they will get xhosi to phone me he never did so then on Saturday i went to mtn down at south-way mall and she said my phone hadn't been rica and said my phone still hadn't been activated so i went down to mtn yesterday an their systems were down i phoned mtn again today i must have been put through to at least 4 different people then a nice lady by the name of gloria tells me my phone is rica an it its activated but its gonna take time to change the package an she said she would get xhosi to phone me so about 20min later xhosi phones me on my number i provided looking for someone else so i told him i was the one trying to get hold of him so he puts the phone down on me. i got a new phone all i wanna do is use it an i cant because a consult cant do his job if he listened to what i said id be able to be using my phone now instead of running up my other contract for somebody else carelessness i want to know when i can use my phone
