Vodacom'-incapable of SERVICE

On 6 May 2013 my phone was taken in by Vodacom because of a problem with voltage too high when charging.
It was returned on the 10th and the problem was sorted. This did not last long as on 11 June I had to take my Samsung cell phone back to Vodaworld regarding the same problem. On the 24th I received a call from Vodacom informing me that they can not repair the phone. The phone is still under guarantee and I do not understand how it takes them 2 weeks to figure out that they can't or won't repair the phone, especially as they've managed to do so the first time..As one of the biggest cellphone service providers in South Africa it is amazing that they can get away with treating paying customers this way and we as the consumers must just stay quiet and spend more money because of their appalling customer care.
