Vodacom needs to look up the CPA

On the 1st of May I received my new Sony Experia. It came without cfs tags and would not update the software. On the 2nd of May my phone froze so I took the phone back to Norwood Vodacom. It unfroze while on the way there. The sales laddie said I would need to send it in, but rather take it home and see if it happens again. On the 5th of May it froze again, while I was logged into internet banking. So I took the phone straight to Vodacom testing facility in the east gate business towers. They informed me because it was only 5 days old and that I should take it back to where I got it. So I did that, I took it back to the Norwood store. No one there could get it to work, so we waited for it to die since it was logged into my banking. Then sent it to the testing facility, They rejected it cause they couldn't unlock it. So they sent it back. I went into the store and unlocked the phone and once again they sent it back to the testing facility. They once again rejected it saying it had not frozen in there possession. Except it was frozen when I handed it in so I dono? Am I ment to take it back and wait till it freezes again?
