I upgraded to the IPhone 5s contract on the 1 December 2013. From day one I had issues with my billing running up to thousands of rands month to month for a contract that is supposed to be for R465 per month. My data issue started when the data that is supposed to be allocated to my line was not allocated accordingly on the 1 of each month. However this was resolved and from this month the 1 Gig data was allocated to my line. To my shock on the 3 Feb 14 when I enquire on my account billing for the new month i noticed that I being billed for out of data bundle. I fail to understand why I'm being billed when I still have data on my account which i carried over from the previous month and still have credit on my account.
