Decietful Staff - Incorrect Billing

Hi,

I was normally happy with the service at MTN until i actually had a query. My wife recently upgraded her contract and she had went from a black berry to a samsung (0834017703). I went to the MTN store in clear water mall where i upgraded they told me the billing was right and all was done well. However ever since the upgrade they did not remove BIS from the contract and i am being billed for this monthly. I had went to the store again over the weekend i believe and i was told that i wont be billed again. Clearly someone had removed this from my account only now. After going there on two other occasions. The staff at that store is very unhelpful practically useless. Also note that had your staff been skilled enough to do there job this would have not been the result this is clearly their negligance and i wont be renewing any of my other contracts with you guys. I have to however say when i called 808, I recieved great service and this person should be commended. Ref -107515561. This is unacceptable for such a huge organization its clear your clients are not your priority.
