Faulty phone passed off as customer issue

Phone was given in for repairs 1 day after purchase. During the repair, it was found that there was a totaly different issue that would lead to out of box fault. This was confirmed by the Samsung centre agent. Samsung advised to excahnge the unit at Vodacom. The Vodacom manager, refuses, and Samsung goes back on their word denying they ever said anything. Liars.. And the Vodacom store manager acts like he is doing me a favour with his know it all attitude, treating his customer like a criminal. DO NOT purchase a Vodacom contract from Woodmead Retail Park, their customer service. Samsung are liars! they sell faulty phones and deny things that they have said. Disgusting!
