Vodacom cant repair my Samsung phone

I have a Samsung Y Pro, I have been experiencing problems with it. I have taken it to Vodacom on two occasions for repairs and was told by the consultant that they cant exchange my phone as it is under a two year warranty. I am extremely dissatisfied as my phone is till having problems whereby it is freezing and switching off on it own and it is not able to read a memory card. Please can you assist with advising me with a way forward.
