Dear Cell C
After lodging a complaint on Hello Peter on 10 June, I was given a reference number 3061001440 per sms, and a consultant called me to say that the tecnical team will be in contact with me. It has now been 2 weeks (8 working days) and I have not yet received an response.
I am still having network issues that is no closer to being resolved but yet I am still paying for the lack of service.
Can someone please get in touch with me, or release me from my contract so that I can move back to Vodacom who actually has sufficient network coverage!
