In short.
I am rarely in my office, so I need to be contacted on my cell many times a day. Furthermore, my cell is the contact number for my private business as well.
In Potchefstroom I rarely go through a day that I do not have no service.
This cannot continuo
On 2 separate occasions I have contacted customer support, lodged a complaint about network in Pocthefstroom area. The first complaint was closed without me ever being contacted.
How can can problem be resolved on your systems if it was never communicated with the client who lodged it?
Currently if I am on the point of cancelling my contract as I cannot go on like this. As I am lodging this complaint I do not have any service. The data connectivity is also lacking big time even though it states 3G on my phone
