Deeply upset re Service over the last 72 hours

2 Weeks ago I got a call from Vodacom Pre Sales telling me about their 3G specials. After listening I decided to take the additional contract. First it tooked 2 weeks for delivery. After the 3rd attempt for delivery (Between Vodacom and the delivery company could not get right) I got my package. On Friday 06/09 I phoned after sales to activate my new SIM. After the lady said it will take 24hours to activate. On Sunday the card was still not working. Again I phoned after sales, and was informed they CANT do anything. I must wait. I then told the person to stop this contract as they can't deliver on their service. She was so happy to help with the cancelation that it only tooked minutes to cancel this service. NEVER again will I ever promote the good service I have received after more than 10 years being a client of Vodacom because of this one BIG issue
