POOR SALES RESPONSE

After all the good years i have had with vodacom this is a very sorry way for me to leave them. I have a contract with vodacom currently and it is at the end of the period. I walked into this vodashop this morning asking for the sales person to assist me with canceling the contract and his response to me was utter rudeness and not what i would have expected from a vodacom employee. After i explained to him that i am no longer with vodacom he said that i must phone the cancelation services. After i explained to him that i don't have a contract with them any longer that i can phone from, he told me that it is not his or the shops duty or responsibility to help clients with this. If this is the type of service vodacom is going to offer from now on i would rather stay with CellC than ever go back to Vodacom. His attitude does not fit the personality of a sales person and should not be allowed to work with clients. If this was my shop i would have fired him on the spot for gross negligence and disrespect for clients.
