Your Service is SHOCKING CellC

If it wasnt for the fact that the phone I received from you was as a gift for someone, I'd love to return the goods with the greatest of pleasure. I was contacted by YOU to receive a phone and I took up the offer of R249.00, which was the Samsung Galaxy Mini 3 WITH SIM. I received the package with two cards. I called on Friday to see if I qualify for another line. I was told YES after the man got ALL the details he already has on your system from me. I also said I want you to please collect your one SIM card as ALL I NEED and want is the two phones, one for R249 and the other for R190 and one simcard. I still have no answer. So far I've had to call CellC five times or more. My call was put down after I asked to speak to a manager and was given attitude when I said I'm concerned about this service and I've just started with you, and asked why I need to give info you have. I then called back and spoke to a manager Bongani, he said he'd call me within an hour, its been over two. Still waiting... Really people, please call me immediately and sort my issues out because I'm tired of wasting my time calling a SERVICE PROVIDER who gives horrible service, IF they ever do answer their calls.
