I have been on the phone for 2 hours with the Vodacom call centeres trying to figure out why i am being charged for a contract that was cancelled. No one know what is going on and keep passing me from one department to the other. I have never encountered such confused, ill equipped people in m life! This is why i cancelled my contract with Vodacom to being with- the terrible service and lack of knoweldge about their own product. I will now have to go to customer care and try and sort this mess out in person seeing as no one in the call centre knows how to help. Pathetic.
