I ordered a galaxy mini from cellc, received the item last friday, opened it charged it and found the lcd to be faulty called cellc within an hour to report it, after phoning twice a day for at least 6 days they still have not collected the galaxy, i have spoken to at least 10 different people lodged multiple call logs, and somehow every new operator cant find my references on the system, or the. System is down or something, cellc is delaying collection deliberately i think to hold me responsible for the faulty item. I NEED HELP - i want the phone collected so that i can cancel the deal.
